📦 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Feeding items

Bottles, spoons, pacifiers

Bath and hygiene products

Items marked as non-returnable

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
