Return & Refund Policy

At PureTiny, your satisfaction and your baby’s safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


πŸ“¦ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Feeding items

  • Bottles, spoons, pacifiers

  • Bath and hygiene products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.


πŸ’° Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
